Trailing for Triumph, a 501 (c)3 foundation, dedicates its efforts toward raising funds in support of breast cancer research.
Established in 2005 by a group of horse lovers and concerned residents of northern Michigan, Trailing for Triumph held its first annual weekend riding event at Ranch Rudolf in September 2005 to raise money for this important cause. Riders, sponsors and supporters of breast cancer research succeeded in helping us raising over $10,000 in each event and enjoyed the companionship of friends and horses at the same time!
At the Sixth Annual Trailing for Triumph Ride in September 2011 we raised just over $27,000.00. So far we provided a single mother with a Christmas for her kids and got her furnace fixed. We helped an elderly woman struggling with overwhelming bills and money to get to her treatments. We will also be giving monies to Northern Michigan Hospital Foundation, Munson Medical Center Foundation, and Otsego Memorial Hospital Foundation.
Find more information on our annual Trailing for Triumph Ride and register to participate. We are always looking for more event sponsors, silent auction contributors and equipment donors. Learn how you can help out.
Thank you to those of you who have helped raise awareness and participate in our event. Your contributions in dollars, time, refreshments, and equipment are greatly appreciated!
